Events Terms And Conditions:

All tickets are issued on behalf of Red Bank Farm and all ticket holders are subject to the terms and conditions indicated here and displayed on the premises, any of which may be changed at the Organiser’s discretion. The use of a ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions:

1. You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the venue. Tickets for the event are issued to the lead booker via email as e-tickets. They must be printed at home or displayed on a mobile device to gain entry.

2. You must be 18 years old or over to attend any of Red Bank Farm’s Festival events. Or be accompanied by a full paying adult if you are under the age of 18.  Proof of age may be requested upon entry – only photo driving licence or a passport will be accepted as valid forms of identification. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.

3. There is no readmission. Once you have left the venue, you will not be able to return. If ticket holders leave the event at any point, they will not be permitted re-entry.

5. These events are standing room only.

6. The Organiser and/or the venue(s) reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person at the venue, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.

7. The Organiser reserve the right to search all persons and personal property via bag searches upon entry. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward, member of security or venue representative and a refund will not be provided.

8. Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that the full advertised bill performs, this ticket is for a festival event and not a specific artist or band.

9. Admission to this event is subject to the terms and conditions; and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government on the date of the event. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you agree to this, in particular all safety measures Red Bank Farm may implement to combat the spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.

10. The following articles are not permitted at any of Red Bank Farm’s events – refreshments or refreshment containers, animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), knives, fireworks, laser devices, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), megaphones, luggage or oversized bags, cushions, air-horns, sound systems, flares, cans, bottles or glass containers, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass vessels, poles, selfie-sticks, chairs, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos or unofficial tabards, and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety.

11. No food, alcohol, water or soft drinks may be taken into the venue(s).

12. All drugs, including legal highs, are prohibited at Red Bank farm’s events. Ticket holders may be rejected/ejected from the event and handed over to the police if found in possession and a refund will not be provided. Sniffer dogs may be in operation.

13. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment and lenses are prohibited and will not be permitted in any venue or site related to the event.

14. Alcohol will be on sale in the venue(s), however if you look under 25 please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age – the only forms of ID acceptable will be a valid photo driving licence or a valid passport. Security patrols will also operate around the venue(s) to prevent anybody under the age of 18 attempting to consume alcohol.

15. Red Bank Farm’s events will be filmed for live and recorded transmission on social media platforms. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world. Ticket holders also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.

16. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part.

17. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. None of the Organiser, the venue(s) or Red Bank Farm will be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue(s).

18. Smoke effects, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at any time during any event at the Venue and their use will be highlighted within the venue.

WARNINGS – Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.

20. If before or during the event you have a complaint in relation to the event (including without limitation in relation to your ability to view the event), please contact us or a steward promptly since complaints are very difficult to deal with after the event.

21. Red Bank Farm reserve the right to cancel bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

24. The Organiser reserve the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification. If the event is postponed, the Organiser will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event. Ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.

25. Should the event be cancelled or any line-up changes, the Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred by but not limited to travel to the venue or accommodation… In the event of cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded via the ticket agent through whom the tickets were purchased.

26. Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled.

27. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation except the Organiser. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue. Certain venues have additional terms & conditions and these also apply.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
