If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



You have 48 hours maximum to contact us regarding an item collected or delivered you are not entirely satisfied with.

Due to the fact that our products are fresh and raw we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately on 01925 292470 to discuss.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This is always at Redbank Farm Shop(s) discretion.

Once you have placed/paid for your order and you have had your order confirmation form sent to the email address you have provided us with, you are unable to cancel or amend this order. You are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us immediately on 01925 292470 to discuss if this should arise.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
