Domestic Delivery Policy


Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Deliveries are not on Bank Holidays or Festive days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We have specific delivery days available for all of our customers and specific open ended delivery times. We can not state a specific delivery time.


Delivery rates & delivery estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Minimum delivery order amount is £25.

*Overnight delivery is not available but may be collected due to store discretion. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been received containing your order reference number(s). Please use this to reference any queries relating to your order.

If we attempt delivery and you are not home will contact you on the phone number provided to arrange delivery to a safe place or with a neighbour.



Redbank Farm Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly at the shop to discuss.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
